About the Role

NH Care Center, LLC is looking for caring, reliable individuals to provide personal care and companionship to our clients in their homes throughout New Hampshire. As a Caregiver, you will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. This is a deeply rewarding role and a great entry point into healthcare — we provide all necessary training including dementia care certification.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene including bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide toileting assistance and incontinence care
  • Assist with safe transfers and ambulation
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errand running
  • Provide meaningful companionship: conversation, games, reading, and hobbies
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and social outings
  • Provide safety supervision including wandering prevention for clients with dementia
  • Support prescribed range of motion exercises as delegated by RN
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition to nursing supervisor
  • Document care provided at each visit

Qualifications

  • No certification required — we train you
  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Genuine passion for helping others
  • Reliable transportation
  • Pass background screening
  • Dependable, punctual, and professional
  • LNA, HHA, or PCA certification a plus but not required
