Clinical Leadership

Mina Dhamala-Thatal, RN

Administrator & Director of Nursing

Mina serves as NH Care Center's Administrator and Director of Nursing. As a Registered Nurse, she leads our clinical team, oversees every plan of care, conducts RN supervisory visits, and ensures the agency's full compliance with New Hampshire's home health care regulations (NH Admin Rule He-P 809) and the rights of every client (RSA 151:21-b).

Aneesh Thatal

Chief Administrative Officer & Co-owner

Aneesh leads agency operations, business administration, and IT infrastructure. He brings a systems-engineering background to the operational discipline that makes NH Care Center efficient, responsive, and secure — including the enterprise-grade HIPAA-compliant infrastructure that protects every client's information.

Our Care Team

Beyond leadership, our care is delivered by a team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), Home Health Aides (HHAs), and Personal Care Aides (PCAs). Every team member is thoroughly screened, dementia-trained in compliance with NH law (RSA 151:47-51), and works under the direct supervision of our Registered Nurses.
